Our health really IS important! I was so blessed to receive an exercise ball, two cans of Progresso Reducted Sodium Soups: the chicken gumbo and the new tomato (yum!) and a beautiful HUGE mug (oh I wish I had a set of these cool mugs! They are heavy, but have a place for your thumb so you can manage it!) from Progresso as a part of MyBlogSpark! I also love the ball~AND I used it with our teens at church to play dodgeball! I am trying to exercise regularly. I go walking and do a cardio/strength workout. Not sure what my cholesterol is, but I hope it's not bad.
